This Privacy Policy explains how True Harmony AI collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes personal data when you use our website, iOS app, and related services.

Information We Collect

We collect account information such as your email address, subscription status, and purchase records. We also collect the content you submit to the service, including uploaded photos, harmony reports, chat messages, Idealize prompts, and support messages.

Face Data We Collect

When you use Harmony analysis features, we collect front and side face photos that you upload or capture in the app. From those photos, we generate and store facial landmark coordinates, facial geometry, harmony measurements, scores, report summaries, and related analysis outputs. If you use AI chat or Idealize, we also collect the prompts, messages, and image-edit requests you provide in connection with those features.

We use this face data only to provide the analysis, reports, chat, and image-generation features you request. We do not use face data for identity verification, law-enforcement purposes, advertising, or sale to data brokers.

How We Use Face Data

We use uploaded face photos and derived facial measurements to validate image quality, generate facial landmarks, calculate harmony scores, create report narratives, answer report-chat questions, generate Idealize prompts, and create idealized image edits.

We may also use front-face photos to infer analysis buckets such as gender and ethnicity when those inputs are needed for the scoring model and have not been otherwise supplied.

Sharing, Third-Party AI Processors, and Storage

We share personal data only as needed to operate the service. User accounts, reports, messages, subscription records, and uploaded images are stored using Google Firebase and Google Cloud services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Run.

We send limited personal data to OpenAI, LLC when you use AI-powered features. This can include front and side photos for image validation, front-face photos for profile inference, report measurements and your chat messages for AI report chat, and source images plus user prompts for Idealize image generation and refinement. We use these third-party processors only to perform the requested service on our behalf and require service providers to protect the data under applicable contractual and platform terms.

For subscriptions, purchases made in the iOS app are processed by Apple. Purchases made on the website may be processed by Stripe and related payment processors.

Retention and Deletion

We retain face photos, facial landmarks, harmony reports, chat content, and Idealize data while your account remains active so that you can review prior analyses and continue using the service. You can delete your account from within the iOS app, and when you do we delete your account record, stored Harmony reports, uploaded images, and associated user content from our active systems.

Some limited billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, and legal-compliance records may be retained for the period required by law or contractual obligation, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Your Choices

You can choose whether to use AI-powered features. Before the iOS app sends personal data to a third-party AI processor, the app presents a disclosure explaining what data is sent, who receives it, and why, and asks for your permission.

You may also contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable law.
